    Yes! you will receive a full kit of tools, training hair and a hard cover 40 page handbook. Ensure you SEND us your home address when you enrol so we can send this out immediately.

  • How long am I enrolled for?

    6 months active enrolment, hard cover step by step 40 page handbook for life.

  • Can I get help when I need it?

    Yes our team are available 5 days a week to call, email , video call or set up a skype. simply book this is with our customer service team via email [email protected] . We also offer lifetime support and consistent help for our stockists and students.

  • Do you supply hair extensions?

    we have a huge online store with all of the hair and tools you need for your business. www.baciamihairextensions.com.au. Sign up for a discounted trade account as soon as you sign up for training with us, using the link on the website.

  • Is the course government recognised?

    Our course will not certify you through any government hairdressing modules. It will however provide you with a certificate of acknowledgment and completion with an Australian registered hairdressing company , showing you have completed professional.training.

  • Do you offer payment plans?

    Yes we offer Afterpay, Zippay, weekly direct debit as well as the payment plans outlined on this website during enrolment. Please reach out to our team for alternative payment methods.

  • Do I need to be a hairdresser for the course?

    No, however we do not advise someone without credentials to cut or colour human hair.
